Hey, Neighbors of Melrose! 👋 I am Sadie, the Melrose 27X NC Friends of Courtland Creek Lead! I am a wildlife biologist who loves spending time outdoors in nature. Courtland Creek is a gem in our neighborhood and we haven’t yet seen it blossom to its fullest potential. I am here to promote all the upcoming meetings and events associated with Courtland Creek. The City of Oakland is designing a creek restoration project. The project will enhance the creek's appearance, improve creek habitat, reduce trash accumulation and illegal dumping and so much more!
